The goal

Streamlining marketing processes with digital solutions

Bucher Automation, a specialist in industrial and mobile automation, approached us to make its marketing activities more efficient and optimize internal processes. Potential for development was identified in several areas:

  • Lead & Contact Management: The goal was to create new possibilities for segmenting target groups, qualifying leads, and keeping track of customer communication preferences.
  • Event Marketing & Data Protection: In the area of event communication, the goal was to ensure legally compliant implementation of double opt-in requirements as well as seamless lead capture.
  • Data & Reporting: For well-founded marketing decisions, a reliable data basis was to be created that enables meaningful analyses and clear key performance indicators.

In an extensive workshop, we took the time to truly understand the individual needs and pain points of Bucher Automation. With Salesforce Account Engagement, we then implemented targeted solutions that simplify Bucher Automation's processes and increase its efficiency:

    We developed a central email template system that standardizes communication and significantly reduces the effort involved in campaign creation.

    A newly introduced preference center allows contacts to choose their own content and communication channels – for more relevance and interaction.

    For events and newsletters, we designed targeted landing pages that address interested parties in a straightforward manner and simplify lead capture.
