Vivian is a real ''kölsche Mädche''. She describes herself as a baking fairy and a bookworm. Despite that, Vivian loves to travel. Her favorite destination is Down Under. For her, there's just something magical about Australia and New Zealand. On weekends, our ambitious Vivian takes a relaxed approach to everything. Born in Vienna and now in Hamburg. Ines' places of residence can be seen. She adapts well to her surroundings - she recently took up the hobby squash. Born in Aachen, she has been living in Cologne for over five years now and enriches our digital marketing. Even in stressful times, she always keeps calm. Ewa seeks to explore digital transformation with us! But after work... she usually chooses cycling or running. Ewa is very much a citizen of the world (visited more than 40 countries). Guess what! Her favorite destination is… her next destination! But she also loves exploring less popular places like Central Asia (Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan). Recipe on a perfect Sunday? Friends, coffee with cake and ice cream! If it's cold or rainy, though, she prefers being a burrito wrapped up in a blanket and reading a book. Kasia is all about that teamwork vibe—loves seeing a team develop together, utilizing everyone's unique skills. 😊 In her downtime, Kasia's a fan of Czech humour, getting her laughs from Czech comedies. But when life gets a bit more serious, she's diving into non-fiction books, often exploring the intriguing stories of post-communist countries. Kasia's relaxation game is all about precision. Whether it's baking cookies, crafting chocolate pralines, or shooting pool, she's into activities that require that extra touch. And when it comes to travel, Kasia's heart belongs to Polish cities and post-communist countries. Why? Because she's drawn to places where important historical events unfolded.

Before Lene moved to Hamburg, she grew up in a small town in Garbsen. The tranquility has left its mark on her, because even today she relaxes by meditating and enjoys spending cozy evenings at home with her boyfriend and dog. Cooking together or playing Rummikub for hours are essential on a weekend evening. On the other day, however, she loves to go out - Hamburg's nightlife is just too tempting for that.

Lea loves adventure and things she's actually "too old" for, like swinging, crafting and laughing to her heart's content. But... can you ever be too old for something like that? We don't think so. Annika supports our SUNZI management holistically on all levels. Annika is particularly in demand for strategic tasks - as a puzzle expert, she simply has the best tips and tricks up her sleeve! Our Uli supports Adminsitration Management at every turn. While she organizes colleagues and appointments with us, she manages her son at home and the rest of the patchwork family on weekends. As a balance to this she realizes herself either by baking, in her garden or by geocaching. After work and when the weather is good, she also enjoys meeting people at home on the Rhine.

Daniela carries the diamond in her heart, because our Hamburg administration manager is a big and loyal HSV fan. When the Red Shirts are on a break, she takes pictures of everything that comes in front of her lens. She prefers Mallorca, as the island is her absolute favorite travel destination. As a balance to her office job, she works out in the gym and is passionate about cooking.

Cédric is lucky enough to have two home towns. Bad Münstereifel and Brittany. His hometowns go hand in hand with his favorite activities. Since childhood, Cédric's passion has been hunting. Extensive walks with the dog, DIY construction projects and enjoying the evening at the barbecue in summer. The main thing is outdoors! Time with his son must not be neglected, of course. Simon loves two things above all: fashion and dancing. Before his career at SUNZINET, he worked almost a decade in marketing for a fashion agency. Cologne is not just a city, Cologne is home! That's how our Administration Manager Aida sees it too. She enjoys every moment of long walks along the beautiful Rhine. Madlen is always on the go, after all, the native Franconian likes to travel far away or explore the metropolises of this world on a city trip. In addition, your family and friends are very popular. Madlen is very good with people at all. That's why the always positively thinking cheerful nature is also the perfect occupation for our administration.

You can always rely on Margarita! She is the soul in the background of SUNZINET - so she not only brings order into our offices, but also surprises us regularly with delicacies from her kitchen. With her warm and sunny disposition she is always available for fun.

As a system administrator, Andreas always has a nose for technical turbulence. And in his spare time, he enjoys pure adrenalin - as an enthusiastic Formula 1 fan, he likes to race all over Europe. Andreas finds peace in the design of his garden.

Spring, summer, autumn and winter - the four friends of the hardcore grill. With Richard, the whole year is dedicated to neck steak! In IT at SUNZINET he is the master of hardware and servers, privately he is a sportsman and gourmet. Large crowds are nothing for him, because he prefers a cold drink in a cozy evening atmosphere.

Christian lives near Cologne, but his second home is Bavaria, especially Munich. No wonder Christian is a total fan of FC Bayern Munich. His perfect weekend consists of going out to eat, going to the movies, meeting friends and playing board games together. Parties are held in his own party cellar. Fun facts about our IT system administrator: He never misses a single Apple product launch and has been collecting every movie ticket since 2015.

Luce is very versatile in his preferences. He listens to all kinds of music, travels a lot and is interested in fashion trends. Luce also finds it hard to put a book down... at least when it's a thriller that makes you hold your breath.

As a solution architect, Marcel enjoys working with customers to identify digital success drivers and drive the transformation process forward. In his private life, he also likes to drive things or himself forward. For example, he restores a half-timbered house in Bavaria or uses his weekends to do laps on his racing bike. Marcel can always be found in the fast lane! 

With his many years of experience as content manager, Lars Pflugmacher always finds the right words at SUNZINET. He also proves his resourcefulness in geocaching in his spare time. And in the trainings for our customers or at the academy he imparts the necessary knowledge pointedly, vividly and realistically. And what else? Whether privately or as a copywriter on duty: Birte always has an exciting story in store. But when she has nothing to say, she also likes to just listen. She loves the twenty-minute voice messages of her friends as much as the lyrics of her favourite indie songs or the purring of her cats. And what else? The communication grenade can also be taken away from sophisticated novels, atmospheric series and the KVB. So there's always something to talk about!

Melanie's favorite travel destination is Croatia. No wonder, since that's where she has her roots and a large family. Sitting still is difficult for our spirited copywriter. That's one reason why she spends every minute of the weekend out and about with friends. From bar hopping to amusement parks to spa weekends, it's all here. Just as diverse as her weekends are Melanie's hobbies: yoga, running, playing the piano, reading or or. Her special skill? Finding the right words in every situation. Maike is our globetrotter. She used to travel around the world with her backpack. She explored Southeast Asia, South America and many other places. She wrote her master's degree on the beach in Thailand - without Internet, but with a mountain full of books. Before she entered the world of online marketing, she worked as a film producer. Today, she lives just outside Hamburg and writes inspiring texts as a copywriter. Her hobbies are as diverse as the places she has lived. No matter if vegetarian cooking, urban gardening, traveling, languages or or or. Maike does not get bored so quickly.

Quality, quality, quality: Kevin as our QA Manager takes care of this day in, day out. Also in his private life, excellent food, software or music are very popular with him. Alexa and Siri are in charge of his house: intelligent lamps and digitally controlled plant irrigation make his life easier. Even if you don't look at it: As a mixed martial arts athlete, Kevin can do things differently - but only if he wants to.

As UX Consultant, Certified Digital Transformation Manager and Product Owner, Roman loves the challenge. To clear his head, he plays soccer and romps with his son - sometimes both at the same time.

Eva takes care of the right strategy and implementation for our clients' projects. She defines herself completely as a twin - not only because of her zodiac sign, but above all because of her twin sister, with whom she shares everything. They both love live music, rattle through concert halls and festivals together and collect the albums of their favourite artists. Very important: go through life with a smile, because it makes everything much easier to master.

Whether it's digital workplaces for our customers or self-built raised beds for her balcony - Vera prefers to take things into her own hands! That's why she is responsible for holistic strategies around a digital workplace at SUNZINET. Away from her desk, the native North German goes straight into the colorful cultural life of Cologne - or out into the countryside. In her luggage: rubber boots, tools and creative ideas for her next do-it-yourself projects. What will our hobby craftswoman conjure up this time? We're curious, Vera!

Head in the clouds, but feet still firmly on the ground. Kerstin is our sunshine! She thinks she's pretty normal, but anyone who gets to know her realizes that's not the case. Flitzpiepe - her car - takes her reliably to the agency, or to the gym for barbell training - yes yes, small, but pretty big!

It all began in Paris: Sandra discovered her love for moving images through a holiday video. She is not only responsible for WOW-effect screen designs at SUNZINET, but is also our video and animation expert. In her free time, the creative all-rounder likes to take care of everything. No appointments, no plans - everything can and nothing must. But please not before 11 o'clock in the morning!

Changing perspective every now and then: As a UX & Motion Designer, Eugen uses all levers at SUNZINET to set images and shapes in motion - aesthetically, user-centered and seamlessly. In his spare time, he likes to look through the camera at shapely objects himself. The only thing the former Baden Württemberger just can't get used to is the look of Kölsch glasses. We believe in you, Eugen!

When it comes to everything visual, Satu at SUNZINET has the full picture. It has to be clear, innovative and fresh. In her spare time, she likes to say it in Finnish, Estonian or other Scandinavian languages - which can sometimes seem Spanish to some people.

Linnea's premise is: It has to be beautiful. In general, she places a lot of value on aesthetics and is therefore right at home in UX design at SUNZINET. The warm-hearted Finn has a pronounced watch tic and is allergic to intolerance. By the way, she has lost her heart to England, especially the language and the people there.

Our UX-designer Michelle is always on the lookout for digital trends, which she can then translate from theory into practice for our clients. As an aesthetic freak, clever details and an innovative screen design make her heart beat faster. In her free time, the Bonn-based artist prefers to live out her creativity in interior design and writing short stories. With Marvel, Game of Thrones and Co. she can really escape everyday life.

Moin Moin is already slobber for Janet. Our experienced UX designer prefers to let pictures do the talking. When she's not tinkering creatively with layouts, the Schleswig-Holstein native is outdoors. In wind and weather, she's out and about with her dog in the woods or on the beach. As a true northern light, long walks on the North Sea or Baltic Sea are just her thing!

For our UX designer Alina, everything at SUNZINET revolves around the optimal user experience - with a lot of attention to detail. For her, a good start to the morning requires a lot of coffee - that's why every day begins with a big cup. Alina moved to Cologne a few years ago. By now she has really settled in and likes to spend her free time outdoors in nature - whether in the park, in the garden, on the Rhine, or at the lake - and cheers on the 1st FC Cologne in the stadium on the weekends.

As a UX Consultant, Tino takes care of digital strategies and intuitive interaction concepts for our customers. He particularly enjoys his role as an interdisciplinary interface between the individual SUNZINET divisions. In his private life, Tino supports BVB in the stadium or works himself out on the soccer field. Another very important thing for him: spending every free minute with his family. We think that's great, Tino!

Alicia was born in Barcelona. Lucky for us, she's a fan of cold weather and castles. When she's not exploring old cities, she's rocking the keyboard, reading, painting, or crafting in her scrapbooks. There's just never a dull moment with Alicia! 

Steffi loves to turn ideas into concepts. She likes to spend her free time doing sports or traveling. Besides the Mediterranean region and the Nordic countries, she explores the world while bouldering, horseback riding or on a SUP board. Her penchant for sarcasm and black humor is legendary! However, to protect her social contacts, she has learned in recent years to first get to know her counterpart better before letting her humor come to the fore.

Our UX & Motion Designer is a real talent - and not just behind the camera! Georgia is a passionate musician and loves to sing. No wonder that she's chasing one music event after the next. When she's not at a concert, Georgia can be found on the volleyball court or exploring cities. Of course, she also likes to chill, preferably with a movie on the couch - after all, even a creative mind needs a break!

She is looking forward to working on interesting projects with interesting people! In her free time, she likes to create cartoon animations. She also enjoys visiting big, vibrant cities with good art and culture. Her favourite travel destination is New York City-if you're ever in the area, check out the Met! A perfect weekend consists of different adventures such as a short trip with friends, relaxing with a book or going to a museum.

Michelle comes from Siegburg, but has Indian roots. Perhaps that is why Asia is one of her favourite travel destinations. She travelled the continent for a total of six months. Her dream is to have travelled to all continents one day. She is currently still missing Africa, South America and Antarctica. When Michelle is not travelling the world, she does yoga, practices snowboarding or reads psychological thrillers.

Inga. This name stands for adventure and cordiality. There is probably only little left on Inga's Bucket List, because what she has already experienced resembles a novel: Piranhas fishing in the Amazon, the most dangerous road in the world ("Death Road") mountain biking and house running (and that's only a fraction!). In between her adventures she is involved in the project management with heart and gets her balance at indoor cycling.

Jonas has been a true FC fan since forever. No wonder that soccer is one of his biggest hobbies and Sundays are dedicated to this sport. In his free time, he collects high-quality gin and spends time with his loved ones. His great culinary love? Sushi!

First fill up on caffeine, then get going! One way or another, that could be Lars' motto in life. Because not only as business analyst at SUNZINET he turns up the turbo, but also in his spare time Lars is at the start. Not only does he regularly run his laps in the city forest or on the football field, but he also swings through the Alps on skis and snowboard. Well, we are blown away!

Fabian manages our digital customer projects and ensures smooth processes all around. Nothing can faze him - except maybe a crooked picture. Fabian simply has to straighten that out immediately before he meticulously returns to planning resources in terms of budget, time and quality. Order is a must - we agree!

Our Project Manager Pia holds the reins firmly in her hands at SUNZINET - and the correct course on the high seas. As a globetrotter, she prefers to visit our customers directly on site and to hit the ground running in the SUNZIVERSUM. She always keeps an eye on the big picture in our digital projects and knows exactly where the journey is headed. Pia's next destination? Iceland or Hawaii. Smooth Sailing!

As Assistant to Management at SUNZINET, Luba keeps track of all important projects at all times. She is a dog fan through and through and likes to use her weekends to go on extensive hikes with her husband and dog. She can also really relax during yoga. Professionally, Luba relies on paperwork: It may not always seem that way from the outside, but her post-it chaos has a system and helps her to structure herself perfectly in everyday agency life.

Tobias was born near Euskirchen, but he loves the "Dolce Vita". He likes to spend his vacations in the sun and by the sea. However, his favorite place to travel is Italy, where he can relax and unwind. Back home, he likes to spend time with his friends or doing sports. Besides going to the gym, he also likes to ride his mountain bike. When it comes to soccer, there is nothing to discuss - all that matters is BVB.

Daniel was born in Cologne and is therefore a passionate fan of the FC. He is further passionate about tennis. Daniel used to play at a competitive level, but nowadays he only takes his racket out of the closet for fun. But this he does as often as possible. Action is also a ,,must have'' on Daniels vacation. Mountain biking, hiking, skiing - the most important things are fresh mountain air and good views. On weekends, even Daniel relaxes. How? Over a nice meal with the family and, of course, a Kölsch.

Marie loves creativity and trying out new things. She moved from the Ruhrpott to Hamburg for her job as Project Manager - a change of location was totally worth it. Just chilling is not a thing for Marie. She visits concerts of various bands as much as she can, tries out new restaurants with friends and loves to exercise - whether skating, jogging, spinning going to the gym or yoga - nothing is safe from her. In this sense: Namaste!

Alina is an expert in the fields of Change & Digital Management. In her free time, Alina enjoys sports, visiting art museums or spending long evenings with friends in a nice cocktail bar. Originally she comes from the Westerwald. She has been living in Cologne for six years now. With her warm and Rhineland way she fits perfectly to Kölle - and especially to SUNZINET.

Raphaela likes to spend her free time with her friends - preferably going to a restaurant together. When the weather is nice, she likes to go for a walk. What's never missing: her beloved coffee to go. If the weather is bad, she knows how to keep herself busy. Raphaela describes herself as a "series junkie". Regardless of the genre, she can get excited about various series and forget about time. By the way, her home is also her favorite place. For her, a place is not defined by sights and such, but by the people who live there.

As a project manager, you need energy and team spirit. Maren shines in all of these. Outdoor sports in all weathers are one of her passions. She doesn't shy away from competitions like the MudMaster. As part of a team, she climbs steep walls and bites her way through until she reaches the finish line. But she can also take it easy. A series or movie night in her own home cinema (yes, Maren has a beamer) is the perfect balance. I wonder if she also owns a popcorn machine?

Melanie has a lot of energy and a sense of good humor. That makes her a perfect fit for our Digital Marketing Area. She likes to spend her free time in nature and has a passion for hiking. She is particularly fond of Scandinavia. When she's not in the mood for the outdoors, she loves to spend her time with friends playing board games or boxing.

Based in Paderborn, but since 2009 part of Cologne, Fabian feels more like a Rhinelander than an East Westphalian. In the meantime, Fabian has lived in Colombia for a longer period of time. He speaks fluent Spanish and prefers to travel to places where he can make use of this. As often as he can, he travels to Barcelona. Fabian loves gardening - almost as much as coffee. He drinks too much of it, by his own admission. He developed his love for coffee during his studies. In fact, he worked as a barista in his college-times.

Our project manager is lucky - he lives in his favorite place: Dellbrück. When he travels, he prefers colder regions like Scotland, Norway or Sweden. Nevertheless, from time to time, it can happen, that you’ll find Lenny in Greece. He has a special interest in watches and knows A LOT about them. Other hobbies are landscape photography and racquet sports. Lenny loves to try new things and is full of energy - a perfect match!

His favorite travel destination is Barcelona. The favorite music of our Project Manager are Spanish and Brazilian. His favorite cuisine is Asian. Bartek, our Project Manager with over 20 years of experience under his belt, he brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to the team. When he's not working, Bartek enjoys spending time with his two Irish Setters, tending to his collection of houseplants, and experimenting with his outdoor vertical garden. He's also an avid cook and loves trying out new recipes. Bartek's favorite travel destination is anywhere, as long as he's in good company and exploring at his own pace. On weekends, you can find him spending time with friends and family, taking long walks with his dogs, watching movies, and enjoying good food.

Oliver knows how it works! With over 25 years of experience as a customer consultant, he supports the cooperation between agency and project management as Operations Manager. In doing so, communication between the individual departments is particularly important to him. Oliver not only has an open ear for us, but also for his two sons! He likes to spend time with them on the water - either windsurfing or stand-up paddling. They are always on the lookout for the perfect spot for that, true to the motto: No way is too far!
