The Gemeinnützige Gesellschaft der Franziskanerinnen zu Olpe mbH (GFO) is a charitable organization with around 45 facilities in the areas of hospitals, care for the elderly, and child and youth care. The facilities are located in North Rhine-Westphalia and Rhineland-Palatinate and employ a total of more than 9,500 people.

The Challenge

We were commissioned by the Gemeinnützige Gesellschaft der Franziskanerinnen zu Olpe (GFO) to implement a needs analysis for the planned social intranet and to develop a modern design.

Our Approach & Solution

In screening interviews and stakeholder workshops, we were able to clearly define the requirements for the new intranet solution. In addition, we developed an information architecture as part of the project and provided comprehensive technology consulting.
