The project

A spin off as the catalyst for independence

ipuro offers customers unique scent experiences in the form of room fragrances and candles. For many years, the company was organized under the umbrella of the Gries Deco Company. In 2025, the next logical step followed: the spin-off and the start of independent entrepreneurship.

The goal was clear: to swiftly and seamlessly commence business operations under its own flag. This required an independent system landscape – including a high-performance online shop and integration with SAP.

The goal

A fast, clean and independent start

Time pressure was high: Without its own infrastructure, ipuro would not be able to process orders, manage inventory, or generate revenue. Any delay would have impacted income and customer loyalty.

To overcome these challenges, the company brought SUNZINET on board. Together, we set out to meet the following goals:

  • Digital Independence: Establishment of an independent online shop and integration with SAP to ensure all business processes.
  • A Shop That Convinces: Development of a shop that not only looks good, but also sells – measurable in conversions and revenue.
  • Seamless Transition: Ensuring a smooth system changeover without disruptions to the customer experience or interruptions in business operations.
  • Rapid Implementation: Realization of the entire project within a tight timeframe, without compromising on quality or functionality.

For the new shop, ipuro chose a familiar solution: Shopify Plus. The decision was consciously made for the system that was already in use before – a clear advantage in a project that needed to deliver results quickly.

  • Flexibility & Scalability: The platform can be customized individually and grows effortlessly with the company's requirements.

Partnership for project success

ipuro and SUNZINET worked as an integrated team: agile, solution-oriented, and on equal footing. Weekly meetings and daily coordination in small groups enabled quick decisions and short implementation cycles.

    We technically implemented the shop and integrated all core functions precisely for business operations. In parallel, we developed and implemented a user-centered design that strengthened the brand identity and created a clear, intuitive shopping experience.

    The development of the SAP API was handled externally by Be1Eye. We actively supported ipuro in the coordination, accompanied the entire integration process, and ensured in close collaboration with all parties involved that the connection functioned smoothly.

 Four months after the relaunch, success was clearly measurable. Compared to the previous period, ipuro achieved impressive results:

  • +430% Conversion Rate: Through optimized user flow, clear messaging, and continuous improvements such as adding relevant payment methods in the checkout, the shop converted significantly more visitors into customers.
  • +207% Revenue Growth: The combination of the new shop architecture and digital strategy led to a noticeable increase in online sales.
  • +172% Order Volume: More visibility, better performance, and significantly more completed purchases in the shop.
