Multi-channel communication to enhance visibility & engagement

Since 2021, Niedax has been working closely with SUNZINET to take its digital presence to the next level. Together, we have already implemented a comprehensive brand relaunch - including brand new website and a modern intranet.  

Previously, Niedax did not have a central social media presence - instead, each branch managed its own channels independently. With the establishment of the marketing team, the opportunity arose to develop a cohesive digital communication. Recognizing the need for a strategic partner, Niedax entrusted SUNZINET to plan and implement a comprehensive digital marketing strategy from the ground up—one that would unify its branding and position Niedax as a toughleader and a global player. 

Since then, our partnership has developed steadily. SUNZINET manages and optimizes the company’s multi-channel communication and supports Niedax with strategic consulting - for more visibility, engagement and a strong digital presence on all channels.

The Goal of the Project

Growing social media platforms & maximizing brand awareness

Since launching the first official social media pages in January 2022, we have been responsible for managing and expanding them while providing strategic recommendations. Our primary objective for 2024 was the continued growth of Niedax’s presence across multiple platforms. During our annual strategy meeting, we set clear targets for each channel - increasing number of followers and subscribers by:

Additionally, we aimed to boost page views and interactions across all channels. By regularly analyzing performance and providing targeted recommendations, we ensured that our content was not only visible but also drove real engagement and sustainable growth.

Strategy & Implementation

The key to a strong social media presence? A well-planned strategy that relies on three central building blocks:

    Content creation included a minimum of two posts per week in both English and German, tailored to each platform and target audience. On YouTube, this involved expert talks, industry insights, employer branding, and company image films. Facebook and Instagram featured a mix of static and video posts, while LinkedIn included static and video content along with newsletters.

    The successful execution of targeted paid campaigns across Meta, Google, and LinkedIn ensured alignment with Niedax's business goals. Every stage, from strategic planning to execution and in-depth performance analysis, was carefully handled to optimize results and drive long-term goals.

    Success needs strategy - and the right view of the figures. We provided Niedax with valuable insights and strategic support through quarterly and semi-annual reports. We coordinated content and strategy in regular meetings, while kick-off meetings accompanied the launch of larger campaigns. Throughout this process, Niedax managed the organic marketing, while SUNZINET contributed its expertise, data-based insights and operational implementation.

Results & Impact

Our close collaboration paid off: Not only did we grow Niedax’s social media presence, but we also ensured that their content strategy remained effective and aligned with their broader marketing goal of becoming ‘One Niedax.’

Key Performance Metrics 

 

  • LinkedIn: Followers saw a significant rise of +54%, growing from 2,663 to 4,102. 
  • Instagram: Profile visits increased by +23%, and the follower count grew by almost +50%, surpassing the initial target of 1,000. 
  • Facebook: Followers increased by +21%. 
  • YouTube: The platform gained +40% more subscribers, reaching 132, while video views improved by +9%.
These results underline the success of our structured and goal-oriented approach. Through consistent content creation, strategic campaign execution, and data-driven performance analysis, Niedax has strengthened its position as an industry leader and increased its global brand awareness across all key social media platforms.
