As a consultant, contact person, and solution finder, you support our customers from various industries in the digitalisation of marketing solutions, with a focus on Salesforce Marketing Cloud. You will also assist in implementing solutions and can support clients in one or two additional core Salesforce Clouds, such as Sales Cloud or Service Cloud, for example.


Your Tasks: 

• You work closely with our clients' marketing, sales, and service departments to develop innovative Salesforce solutions,
• As a trusted advisor, you are the first point of contact for our customers, offering expert advice and providing the right solutions to their needs,
• Your experience includes preparing training documents independently and leading training sessions with clients,
• You independently manage your projects, including resource allocation, budget planning, and project timelines,
• You continuously seek personal development opportunities and are eager to learn new skills and tools.
  
  

Your Qualifications:

• You have completed an apprenticeship or a degree in business administration, business informatics, or a related field,
• You hold a relevant Salesforce certification (e.g., Salesforce Certified Marketing Cloud Consultant, Salesforce Marketing Cloud Administrator, Salesforce Administrator or similar),
• You have experience integrating Salesforce Marketing Cloud with other Salesforce Clouds(e.g. Sales or Service) and a basic understanding of the API architecture,
• You can confidently use various studios within Salesforce Marketing Cloud and other Salesforce platforms, advising customers on configuration and use cases, and can adapt simple processes using Flows for seamless cross-cloud experiences,
• You are skilled in Salesforce Marketing Cloud, including code adaptation (HTML, CSS), email marketing best practices, and deliverability,
• You design and optimize marketing workflows and multi-step journeys based on clients’ business objectives, and help customize and implement effective marketing strategies,
• You are proficient in AMPScript and capable of using cross-platform functions, such as HTTP and Salesforce read/write/update. Additionally, you have a solid understanding of JavaScript, with JQuery being a plus.
• You are comfortable working with the Salesforce Marketing Cloud data model and can effectively use SQL to query system-relevant entities.
• Based on your experience, you can design landing pages with common web frameworks such as Bootstrap and design efficient lead capture flows.
• You have a proficient level of English (at least C1),
• Fluent German is a plus, but not required.
