As a consultant, contact person, and solution finder, you support our customers from various industries in the digitalisation of marketing solutions, with a focus on Salesforce Marketing Cloud. You will also assist in implementing solutions and can support clients in one or two additional core Salesforce Clouds, such as Sales Cloud or Service Cloud, for example.


Your Tasks: 
  • Analyze clients’ business processes, requirements, and challenges across the complete customer journey (from lead generation and onboarding to engagement, retention, and reactivation) with a focus on marketing automation and data-driven customer experience,
  • Act as a trusted advisor, providing strategic recommendations and best practices for Marketing Cloud solutions,
  • Design and implement use cases such as campaign management, customer journeys, and personalized communication across channels,
  • Configure and customize Salesforce Marketing Cloud and ensure integration with CRM systems and third-party platforms,
  • Plan, coordinate, and execute project activities in collaboration with project management and cross-functional teams,
  • Perform testing, deployment, and quality assurance to ensure stable and high-performing solutions,
  • Support presales activities by contributing functional and technical expertise (e.g. workshops, demos, solution design),
  • Train and enable client stakeholders, including marketing teams and administrators,
  • Collaborate with consultants, developers, and architects to deliver integrated CRM and marketing solutions,
  • Contribute to the development of internal best practices, templates, and standards for marketing automation.

Your Qualifications:

Professional Qualifications

  • Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field,
  • Multiple Salesforce certifications (e.g. Administrator; Marketing Cloud certifications are a strong plus),
  • At least 3 years of experience as a Salesforce Consultant or in a similar role.

Technical Skills

  • Strong knowledge of Salesforce products, especially Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Marketing Cloud Account Engagement (Pardot), and Marketing Cloud Next,
  • Proficiency in Salesforce Data 360 and a solid understanding of related clouds such as Sales, Service, and Experience Cloud,
  • Experience in marketing automation, campaign management, and data-driven customer engagement,
  • Hands-on experience in configuring Salesforce using declarative and low-code approaches (e.g. Journey Builder) as well code-based solutions (e.g. AMPskript),
  • Experience with system integrations (APIs, middleware, external systems),
  • Understanding of data models, segmentation, and cross-channel communication (email, mobile, web, advertising),
  • Familiarity with agile methodologies and tools such as Scrum, Jira, or Git.

  • Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills,
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team,
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously,
  • High learning agility and adaptability to evolving technologies and requirements,
  • Fluent in English (C1 level).
