OPPENLÄNDER Rechtsanwälte mbB is a law firm based in Stuttgart and is one of the TOP 50 commercial law firms in Germany. The firm advises nationally and internationally operating companies as well as the public sector in all matters of commercial law.

The Challenge

At OPPENLÄNDER we have introduced a versatile TYPO3-based intranet. A uniform communication tool was supposed to improve the exchange between employees, as they sit on two different floors in offices for space reasons. A further requirement for the new intranet were loosening up elements that make it look modern and fresh.

Our Approach & Solution

Communicate information in an appealing way

We created a detailed design with self-drawn elements for the law firm. A tile with witty quotations from everyday work and a module for introducing new colleagues or anniversaries will loosen up the portal. It also strengthens the employees' sense of belonging.

The Result

Centralized communication for better exchange

The new "Flurfunk" serves as a central communication channel for all employees. Here they can post contributions in the form of text and images. In this way, all colleagues are always kept up to date and the flood of internal mails that previously prevailed is stemmed. In this way, the new intranet ensures greater effectiveness in everyday work.
