We’re looking for a sharp, data‑driven, and technically curious Digital Analytics & Tracking Manager to help us push the boundaries of modern measurement. If you enjoy turning complex data flows into clean insights, building reliable tracking setups, and experimenting with automation and AI to make analytics smarter and faster, you’ll fit right in.

In this role, you’ll work at the intersection of web analytics, server‑side tracking, and emerging AI‑powered reporting workflows. You don’t need to be an engineer, but a strong technical mindset, a love for structured data, and confidence with digital tools will help you thrive.

• Design and implementation of complex tracking setups (client-side and server-side, GA4, Google Tag Manager, Matomo, etc.), including consent management,
• Setup and continuous development of campaign, website, and e-commerce tracking,
• Interpretation of campaign and website KPIs and derivation of actionable recommendations for campaigns, design, and UX,
• Consulting clients on tracking, consent, and data strategies,
• Support of website relaunches, including tracking and analytics briefings.
  
  What you will have achieved after 6 months:
• You have implemented 2–3 complex tracking setups (client-side and server-side) and taken ownership in close coordination with development teams and stakeholders,
• You have initiated initial AI agent and workflow automations for tracking and reporting (e.g. using n8n, APIs, or scripts) to deliver results faster and at scale,
• You have significantly automated reporting and dashboarding and reduced manual analysis efforts — including automated data preparation and validation as well as initial AI-driven insights (e.g. signals for anomalies or irregularities),
• You have derived concrete recommendations for action from campaign and website KPIs for clients (campaign optimization, UX/design improvements, tracking roadmap) and confidently represented these recommendations.
