We are looking for a Senior Salesforce Consultant located in Poland, Romania or Bulgaria who can lead and manage projects, communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders, and design and implement solutions that meet clients' needs and expectations.

Salary- 130-160 pln B2B

Your qualifications :

• At least 5 years of experience as a Salesforce Consultant or a similar role,
• At least 3 Salesforce certifications, including one of the following: Salesforce Certified Administrator, Salesforce Certified Sales Cloud Consultant, Salesforce Certified Service Cloud Consultant,
• In-depth knowledge of Salesforce products, features, and functionality, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud(optionally) and Experience Cloud,
• Experience in configuring and customizing Salesforce using declarative and low-code solutions,
• Experience in integrating Salesforce with external systems and applications using APIs, web services, and middleware,
• Experience in using agile methodologies and tools, such as Scrum, Kanban, Jira, and Git,
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills,
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team,
• Ability to manage multipleprojects and prioritize tasks,
• Ability to learn new technologies and adapt to changing requirements,
• Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field,
• Ability to write and speak English fluently (C1),
• Optionally: German language skills are appreciated.
  
  
  

Your Tasks:

• Understanding the client's business processes, requirements, and challenges,
• Acting as the trusted advisor for clients and providing strategic recommendations and best practices on Salesforce solutions and architecture,
• Coordinating project plans, estimates, and timelines with project management,
• Configuring and customizing Salesforce features and functionality,
• Testing and deploying solutions and ensuring quality and performance,
• Providing training and support to end-users and administrators,
• Collaborating with other consultants, developers, and architects on the team,
• Managing change requests and issues,
• Providing training for end-users and IT teams and providing technical support in troubleshooting,
