The store of the family business has been established in the city of Neuss since 1897. Nowadays, they also sell their lovingly curated and high-quality range of jewellery and watches in their online shop. For an even more modern and simple customer journey, we jointly implemented the switch from Shopware to Shopify.

Since the beginning of 2022, we've been working with the team at Badort on a unique digital brand presence. The focus is on an effective social media strategy.
To further enhance the buyer journey in the online store, we implemented a Shopify relaunch in 2023 in close collaboration with the customer's team

The migration to Shopify proved to be highly profitable. Within a span of approximately eight weeks, the transition was successfully completed.
The numbers speak for themselves:
- A 32% increase in revenue (March 2023 v/s June 2023).
- +66% increase in first-time buyers
(May 2023 - June 2023 v/s July 2023 - August 2023)
- A 400% increase in average revenue per user (May and June 2023 v/s July and August 2023).
