The Initial Situation

Untapped Potential of Data in the CRM System

LEAV Aviation offers ACMI, charter, and scheduled flights on international routes. The airline stores its customer data in GO7 (formerly AeroCRS), a CRM system tailored to the aviation industry. For passenger management and campaigns, the company relies on HubSpot Marketing Hub Starter and Sales Hub Enterprise.

The Problem: 

  • Valuable data from GO7 was not yet available in LEAV Aviation's HubSpot CRM, leaving numerous opportunities untapped. 
  • Additionally, the airline lacked the necessary HubSpot expertise to model and optimize their processes on the platform.

  • Inefficient Passenger Management: The lack of accessible customer data meant that many CRM features remained unused. As a result, passenger management was inefficient, and valuable opportunities were missed.

To integrate customer data from GO7 into HubSpot, we implemented Apache NiFi as middleware. This solution ensures seamless, real-time data transfer, creating the foundation for a comprehensive customer database in HubSpot. Thanks to the flexibility of Apache NiFi, LEAV Aviation can easily connect additional data sources in the future, making the solution both scalable and future-proof.

Comprehensive Use of HubSpot Enhances Passenger Management and Marketing Campaigns

Automation of Passenger Management

  • Automated Service Emails: Our team enabled the automation of the entire passenger communication process. Workflows were set up to send customers regular reminders for seat reservations, check-ins, and other tasks. After their flight, passengers receive a customer satisfaction survey, helping to further optimize service processes.   • Highlight – Convenient Contract Creation: LEAV Aviation can now create contracts in HubSpot with just a few clicks. We developed suitable contract templates and ensured the seamless transfer of relevant customer data from Outlook.
